CARE CULTURES – Trainings
Promoting and nurturing a BUSINESS CARE-oriented corporate culture is a joint task of the workforce.
The aim of a CARE CULTURES qualification is to make the participants aware of CARE and to work with them to develop basic skills and, if necessary, subject-specific skills.
An innovative and agile qualification system is available for this purpose, which was developed together with experts in personnel development and a leading company in personnel consulting. This system serves as the framework for all qualification offers, i.e. the CARE: Basic Competence and CARE: Advanced Competence qualifications, the Leadership Basics and Counseling Basics qualifications and the CARE: LEITFIGUR® program.
The system supports the further development of the CARE CULTURE of your company. It offers individuality, flexibility and effectiveness at the same time for the different needs of your employees. And it continuously contributes to the high quality of the advisory service.
Consulting Principles
Success in coaching and consulting depends on many factors. The process is always as individual as the participants. Like the success of a good cake, the recipe needs good ingredients and rules. Good advice is therefore based on ethical principles and is based on professional standards such as those defined by the German Society for Consulting DGfB. For my work and that of my profession, I feel obligated accordingly:
Professional Advice is
appreciating the other.
Consulting supports the counterparts to find answers to their questions, to develop their own solutions or to deal with difficulties constructively. For consultants, appreciation also means knowing your own limits and, if necessary, refusing an assignment.
Professional Advice is
open-ended.
The personal responsibility of the counterparts is to be respected and their voluntariness checked. Consultants support the others to go their own way according to professional standards and – at the same time – are concerned about their well-being.
Professional Advice is
process, solution and resource oriented.
The goals and process of the consultation must be clarified at the beginning and continuously checked. Methods, procedures and materials as well as data protection and other agreements must be explained from the outset. Consultants are careful not to overwhelm the other person.
Professional Advice is
critical of discrimination.
Consulting is open to all people regardless of their ideological, political or religious convictions, their age, their gender or their cultural background. Consultants continuously work on themselves through self-reflection and supervision.

confidential.
Consulting is subject to confidentiality and due diligence. This also includes that consultants have the appropriate qualifications for the job, do not advise people from their private environment and generally act sensitively with regard to systemic effects.
Professional Advice is
professionally sound.
Consultants stay within the spectrum of their education and training(s). They can explain their actions conclusively according to objective, professional criteria. They keep an eye on whether the other person feels understood, whether the advice encourages them, and whether they remain constructive and cooperative.
